ti fa bene - "it's good for you"

In the Italian tradition of Adriana's grandmothers, we craft our dishes from local, seasonal produce, creating Italian fare that is as good for you as it is for the environment. By supporting natural regeneration we let the Earth direct our food, rather than letting our food dictate the Earth. And, by using seasonal ingredients we can guarantee that we will always deliver fresh, genuine, and thoughtful dishes. Ti fa bene!

WHY ZERO WASTE

The three key components of zero waste system are "recycle", "reduce" and "re-use".

Zullo's operate a zero-waste kitchen since 2007 which means all our non-usable items were recycled, composted, or donated.

We believed it is important to be and respect the nature
system.
